Each time I walk into a newborn session I am amazed by the excitement and love you can feel in the room. This tiny tiny person already feels larger than life to the family and friends around them. When I had the chance to photograph little Andrew this was exactly how I felt. So tiny and yet all you could feel was love and the beauty of this new blessing to us all overwhelming the room!

My baby brother is gettng married this weekend!!!

We had the best time photographing Jeremy and Ashley’s Engagement portraits a while ago down at Sunset Beach where they live!

I will let their contagious love and joy just speak for itself.

As a sister I could not have picked a more beautiful, a more loving, or a more perfect best friend for my brother.

Can you tell Jeremy is head over heels for Ashley…

So words of advice to my smitten little brother…love each other more and more each day. Do not take any second for granted. Hold hands and kiss often. Travel.  Hold your new wife dear to you and always keep her close to your heart because marrying your soul mate is one of the greatest gifts God gives us.

We love you and adore you both! Now let’s get Lila’s fancy headband packed and get you two married!

When I think of this family you can’t help but smile. They are just the sweetest! We are documenting Mr. Benjamin’s first year. You may remember seeing on the blog some images from his newborn session.

And then our three month session!

Before any of us could believe it we were smiling and laughing at our six month session!

At ABP we call Benjamin’s big sister sweet as sugar Sydney Rose…I mean so cute-always!

Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone! I hope you guys are enjoying this amazing day full of sunshine and love. I have been eagerly awaiting this day to blog about a very fun ABP session I had in honor of Saint Valentine. The beautiful mom, Mary Kathryn, and her equally beautiful little lady, Mary Knowles, wanted to do a session so we could create some Valentine’s Day cards. Was I up for the fun? Oh you know it! Even more so when they told me they wanted to do some photos at a cupcake shop they live near!!!!

The past two months have been so wonderful as I have had the honor to photograph so many amazing newborn sessions! There is something so special about coming into a families home and photographing this new bond between mom, dad, and baby. It reminds me of this quote and I try to stop, enjoy the moment, and savor the joy and love between them all.
